We have a big task ahead. We must learn healthy food preparation that takes advantage of all the wonderful main dishes, breads, vegetables, and desserts that draw our hearts toward the comfortable memories of home. And don't forget the snacking!
Virginia, Christine and I, continue to gather recipes, processes, facts, and tools to build a reservoir of recipes for this relatively new concept of antifungal cooking. Don't forget: to diet for health recovery can last for a protracted length of time.
A plaintive call for help has risen across this nation. Seminars have instructed hundreds, even thousands, in the reasons, foundations, and possibilities for overcoming the widespread problem of a fungal link to disease, fatigue, or pain. My contribution to this arena has been to find adaptable recipes and processes to fill the niches of food preparation. Another challenge for me has been to incorporate allowable foods into enjoyable recipes that don't take a culinary degree to produce!
Perhaps you have heard me request your input. Together we can build a new "conventional" way to cook... a health-giving way. This journey will benefit the combined experiences, successes, and surprise discoveries of all of us. Email us today at info@lifechangeliving.com with your own experiments, suggestions or requests.
Recently I was able to do a cooking segment with Jami Clark for her television show Call for Health. Recipes and resources from these cooking segments are available here.
As a final note, I'll let you join in a family secret. We have a saying that crops up frequently "there's got to be a better way." Virginia (co-author), Christine (copyeditor) and I (GEO) work to engineer all the related bits of information. But there is enough work for all of us, you, me, and the girls (my daughter and daughter-in-law). That's the beauty of community! We don't want to be just another recipe factory - we are on a determined search for health-restoring, delicious foods. So work the recipes over and give us your feedback. Together we can overcome the current states of disease and energy deprivation, but we have lots of work to do.
